"According to Taiwanese regulations, only two people can ride a scooter. 

But sometimes we can see a family of four riding a scooter. 

Because short distance transportation is convenient. 

We won’t ride long distances, it’s too dangerous. 

This photo shows five people riding a scooter. 

I thought it was the highest record so I took a photo to commemorate it."
